Sharon Denise Wooten 63 of Boaz passed away Monday, July 27, 2020 at Marshall Medical Center South. Her Funeral Service will be 3 p.m. Saturday, August 1, 2020 at Etowah Memorial Chapel with burial to follow at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery at Southside. Rev. Harold Coe will be officiating. Pallbearers will be Brian Roberts, Brian Walker, Douglas Chaffee, Bryan Chaffee, Kane Fortenberry, and Scott Wilson. Honorary Pallbearers will be Blake Davis, Jody Varnadore, Jeremy Varnadore, and Chief James Harp. Visitation will be 2 until 3 before the service at the funeral Home. Mrs. Wooten is survived by her Daughters: Samantha Roberts (Brian), Tonya Walker (Brian), Cecilia Varnadore (Jody), Amanda Chaffee (Douglas), Melissa Wilson (Scott), Grandchildren: Tiffany, Lorianna, Kane, Katie, Hanna, Jeremy, Bailey, Bryan and Carli, Great Grandchild: Jericho, Sister: Deborah Hearn, Brother: Randy Speight (Bridgette), Host of Nieces and Nephews. She is preceded in death by her Mother: Lindsey Mary Frances Womac, Step-Father: Fletcher Womac, Father: Rufus Speight, Husband: William “Billy” Wooten, Sister: Sherri Grisham, Son: William Wallace Wooten.
